This is where I'm tracking the 2007 edition of the Race Across America. I'd love to hear what you think. These graphs show how much time has elapsed since a team or rider started, and how many miles they have travelled so far. The black line shows the cutoff time. The normalized graphs show the same information, but at each point in time the cutoff time is subtracted out so that the lines don't end up as mushed together. That means the cutoff line runs along the X axis, and you can't tell where in the race each rider is. Their relative positions are preserved, however. Graphs in PNG format |
